RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Thread/ Print irregularities, if any, in the weave are not defects; rather they are due to the fact that the fabric is hand printed/hand woven. Please note that all products are thoroughly checked by us before shipping and we have a robust quality check control. In spite of this if you notice any damage when you receive the shipment, please note that you have one day to revert back to us within which we can process exchanges/ refunds.
- Please note that there might be variations in the color tone of the products based on the pictures posted, as these are digital images and there is a dependency on the device you use to view the images and the lighting at any point of time. At Krsaangi, we strive to accurately represent the shades to the best of our ability but cannot confirm 100%. The digital images may not capture minute color tones or granular aspects of the fabric as a human eye can. Refund or exchange of any product on grounds of color variations and granular aspects will not be accepted.
